DESCRIPTION |
| Project Description : |
Responsibilities: Responsible for writing detailed level design specs for .NET services
• Lead offshore development team in completing project assigned work
• Responsible for conducting work product reviews
• Take ownership of technical solutions for new development projects for .NET from the design and architecture through development and unit testing
• Understanding of software design patterns
• Ability to accurately estimate software development tasks given a set of requirements and assumptions
Required Core Skills:
• 7+ years hands-on experience with MS development technologies
• 5+ years of C# & WCF
• 1+ year of WPF & Entity Framework
• 3+ years leading teams of 3-20 members
• 3+ years building Enterprise Systems using MS technologies
• 3+years working with software factories
Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be considered an asset:
• nHibernate
• MS Team Foundation Server 2010
• MS testing toolsets – Visual Studio 2010
• Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Healthcare experience
• Proven track record of mentoring junior team members
• Technical design documentation including: class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, database schemas, wireframes
• Knowledge of industry best practices relating to information security.
